What do I do, if I've forgotten my password or user name?
Click on the "forgot password" option on home page and fill in the information asked. We'll send you an email that will send you your password (or user name).

How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Please login to your “My Bolibol” account and follow below mentioned steps to subscribe or unsubscribe:
Subscribe
Click onto the "Help" option. Select the link "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" in the "Quick Links" box. By typing in your email address and confirming it you will automatically be added to the Bolibol newsletter.
Unsubscribe
Click on the "Help" option. Select the link "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" in the "Quick Links" box. By typing in your email address and confirming it you will automatically be unsubscribed from the Bolibol newsletter.

Can I change my user name?
Unfortunately, your user name cannot be changed. When registering, please be careful not to select a user name that could cause offence or abuses the rights of third parties. If you notice such a user name, please contact our customer service team in case you find such cases on Bolibol.

How do I add or change my address?
If your communication/delivery address has changed, please inform our customer care team immediately with new address and it will be updated in your profile.

Can I change my first name and surname?
Please contact our customer service if your name has changed.

Where can I check my available Credits in my Account?
Please log into Bolibol. In the Orange status box you'll be able to see the number of credits you currently have on your account.

Where can I check how many auctions I have won?
Please log onto Bolibol and in the "My Bolibol > Auctions" menu, select "Auctions I've Won". Please remember to request for the auction you have won within the 7 days from the day you won.

How do I close my account?
Please send email to Bolibol Customer support if you would like to close your account. However we will would like to listen and rectify the issues you might facing there. If you plan Not to use your account for long time, no problem, you can leave your account, it will remain active.

Can I change my email address?
If you want to change your e-mail address, please contact our customer service team (via email) who'll be happy to help. Remember to let them know your user name and verify other security details that may be required to verify.

How long are FreeBids valid for?
FreeBids that are awarded during Bolibol marketing promotions are valid for period as advertised in the promotion.
FreeBids that are won as auctions have no expiry date and are valid indefinitely.
