The delivery charges for each item are shown on the auction description page. Octroi and other taxes (if applicable) will be additional and will be communicated to winning bidder based on their location.
The charges shown are for delivery within India. We are only able to deliver to street address, no P.O. Box address please.
In the event that Bolibol could not deliver the product due to incorrect address provided, for redelivery of the product, bidder will need to pay again the delivery and handling cost as applicable.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary for the different items that we auction and your location. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with the majority of orders arriving within 15-30 days of payment. We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been dispatched through email.
Problem with the product
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact us and we’ll tell you what to do next. Please, let us know the auction ID and the serial number of the product, as these help us to deal with your problem more quickly.
Has my product been shipped yet?
Once your product is shipped, you will receive a email confirmation from Bolibol with tracking code. You can track your product with the tracking code as per the instructions as described in the email that you will receive.
If you still haven’t received your product and it’s more than 30 days since your payment for your item, please contact our customer service team. Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers and will be sent soon after you have paid.
