What's the danger of fake emails (Spoof and Phishing)?
Such emails, also called "Phishing" or "Spoofing" emails are sent in order to illegally obtain confidential information such as passwords or credit card details. Please be highly suspicious if you're asked in an email for such confidential data. Bolibol will never ask for such information from its customers.
How do I know if an email was sent by Bolibol or not?
All emails that are sent by us and which contain personal information will always originate from Bolibol’s mail server. So please verify that the email id for the email you have received has @bolibol.in in the email id.
What should I do, if I receive a suspicious email?
You should never click on a link in such an email. The links in these emails may lead to websites which are designed to obtain your personal data illegally or to commit another related crime.
Please forward such emails to support@Bolibol.in. Bolibol will check those emails and inform you if it was sent by Bolibol or not.
